The inventory gets an extra 0.9 m³ per room after the first, at 70 kg per m³. This allowance represents unlisted belongings: check that it does not duplicate items you already counted.
2. Logistics
Trips are rounded up separately for volume and weight; the larger number is used. The model uses 10, 16 or 22 m³ capacities with assumed payloads of 650, 1000 or 1200 kg. Check the actual vehicle limits. Driving time is distance ÷ 70 km/h × trips. Return journeys, traffic, tolls and breaks are excluded. Enter the distance of the leg you want to calculate. Access time is already included in loading and unloading: do not add it again. The model uses at least 2.5 hours of handling and adds driving and selected services to total time.
3. Cost range
The hourly rate is for the whole team; it is not multiplied by the number of workers. Assembly and packing use their separate price fields. The range applies the uncertainty percentage to the calculated cost, capped at 80%. This is a simulation using your rates, not a company quote.
